- Create & perform total booth inventory
- Ensure all refrigerated displays & electrical outlets are working
- Order and additional show services at show site as needed
- Show site problem solving & solution execution
- Hand deliver show badges to booth personnel (if needed)
- Vacuum/clean booth at the beginning of each show day
- Work in your booth on show days to serve booth samples
- Register any additional badges as need arises
- Coordinate booth/hanging sign dismantle with convention center labor
- Confirm shipping of booth to proper storage facility for end of show
Post-Show Management:
- Post-Show report
- Finalize all closing show bills with vendors
